Service description

TelWhale sells data-only eSIM plans for travel. Plans do not include a voice or SMS phone number.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes. Reseller abuse may be throttled.

Fair use

Each plan card shows its fair use policy (FUP). Speeds may be reduced after the threshold is reached.

Delivery

Plans are delivered digitally by email and in your account. Risk passes on delivery of the QR code.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected plan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
