What we collect

Your account email, order and payment metadata, and usage analytics. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Analytics cover page views and purchase events via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.

Why we collect it

To deliver your eSIM, process payment, prevent fraud, and improve the store. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics and cookies

GA4 and Meta Pixel load only on the storefront. You can block them with any standard tracker blocker without affecting purchases.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data: email privacy@telwhale.com. We respond within 30 days (GDPR/UK GDPR).

Data retention

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax compliance. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
